Dr. Gabriele Faerber at Lipoedema Australia Conference 2025

Board member Dr Gabriele Faerber has been invited to be the keynote speaker at the Lipoedema Australia Conference, taking place from 22-24 August in Canberra. She has been asked to report on the recent German S2k guidelines for lipoedema and to speak on her approach to nutrition, which is partly mirrored in the guidelines’ recommendations.
Since there is no guideline for lipoedema yet in Australia, there is special interest in the work leading up to the publication of the guideline in 2024, and, of course, its implications for the various treatment options for lipoedema.
