Personal data (including but not limited to: first name, last name, professional registration, telephone, email address, residential or correspondence address, Tax or other Identification Number, details of Identification Document, etc.), will be provided when applying for membership in the Association. Such requirements are listed on the current Membership Application Form.

of processing related to the institutional purposes exercised by the Association; of processing aimed at making possible the associative life in the Association, which, among other things, may involve the dissemination of personal data in social bulletins periodically published and disseminated also online; of treatment related to the collection and payment of membership, insurance and event registration fees of any National Affiliation Bodies, including those arising from specific agreements made with them; of processing aimed at the administrative, fiscal and accounting obligations of the Association itself (including the issuance of receipts, the production of telematic certifications, the maintenance of the book of Members and/or the Volunteer Register etc).
in relation to profiling and communication needs of the Association’s activities:
of processing related to the need to understand, for the achievement of common statutory institutional purposes, which activities are most suitable for members/potential members or other users of our information and services; of processing related to the need to propose the most suitable activities to members/potential members or other users of our information;
We inform you that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as outlined above, the provision of data is mandatory and the failure to provide, or partial or inexact provision, may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of carrying out the activities of the Association and fulfilling the obligations provided for by the Statute itself.
Where the person giving the data is under the age of 16, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that, such consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for whom identifying data and copies of identification documents are required.
The processing will be carried out either by manual and/or computerized and telematic means with organization and processing strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way
as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force.
You are informed that the data of the member/potential member/representative/Association and/or the legal guardian (if applicable) and information related to their activities are disclosed, with appropriate procedures, to software service providers (such as, for example Google) also operating outside the national territory (including outside the EU).
Personal data are retained for the duration of the association and/or mandate relationship and, in the case ofrevocation and/or other termination of the relationship, within the prescriptive terms specified in Article 2220 of the Civil Code.
You may, at any time, exercise the rights:
of access to personal data; to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him/her in cases where this does not conflict with other legal provisions; to object to the processing; to object to data portability; to revoke consent where provided in cases where this does not conflict with other legal provisions:revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation; to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
